Puyallup Swap Meet

The Mike and Key ARC Swap Meet is coming up fast.  Put it on your calendar!  March 7, 2026, from 9am to 3pm.  

This is the premier swap meet in the Puget Sound area.  Two floors of vendors, tables, concessions, and all sorts of ham radio fun.  You can find all sorts of things there from antique radios to the latest digital gadgets.  

And speaking of tables, LWHC will have a table there displaying some of the accumulated equipment we are looking to rehome.  But to do this properly we're calling on you all to help us out.  We have two free tickets available for anyone who signs up to help with setup and teardown of the LWHC table display.  These tickets are available on a first-come basis.  Setup starts early, so if you are going to do this plan on meeting up at the fairgrounds by around 7:00 am.  Teardown will start shortly after 3:00pm and will last until we are done.  A free ticket, but a long day.

For the actual show time we will need additional help to attend to the table.  We've divided the time into 1 hour shifts, but we won't discourage people from taking multiple shifts.  We'd like to have two people per shift if possible.  And there is an incentive: We'll cover half the cost of your ticket!  You still buy your own ticket, but after your shift we'll pay you back for 1/2 the cost of your ticket.  Such a deal.

• 1100 to 1200:
• 1200 to 1300:
• 1300 to 1400:
• 1400 to 1500:
• Cleanup crew:

The 1400 shift will also be assisting with packing things up with the cleanup crew.
