December 20: Hangout at the Hangar #3
Our third Community Hangout of the 2025-2026 season will be held on Saturday, December 20, from 1:00 to 4:00 PM, at The Hangar at Kenmore Town Square.

We have reserved the "Otter Room," the large, open space inside The Hangar which accommodates up to 50 people. If you're bringing a large crowd, please let us know in advance by emailing k7lwh@lakewashingtonhamclub.org.
Community Hangouts are a great opportunity to connect in person with local hams from the LWHC Community, and to chat about amateur radio. Bring your projects, your questions and ideas, or just yourself, and enjoy hanging out with some fantastic people.
Holiday Party Contests
At the Holiday Party we will be holding two contests. The winners of each contest will receive their 2026 Club Membership free of charge. (Lifetime members will be suitably honored in other ways.)
- The LWHC Ugly Sweater Contest. Find your favorite ugly holiday sweater. Wear it to the Hangout and if you win we'll pay your 2026 Membership dues.
- The LWHC Festive Hat Contest. Don't have an ugly sweater? Maybe you have a festive hat. Wear it and you too might win your 2026 Membership dues.

Outside Food and Drink
Feel free to bring a personal snack and/or drink, but please don't bring food to share. Diva Espresso, a northwest original coffee franchise, is located inside the Hanger and sells various beverage and food options, including coffee, teas, smoothies, baked goods, sandwiches, ice cream, and beer and wine.
